Order Process 

Stage one 

You can place your order using the "order-form" provided with our postal quotation. 
 
Send us your order together with a 50% deposit . A pre-paid envelope is provided for all replies. 
 
 

Stage two 

Within 10 working days of receiving your instructions, we will send a receipt for your deposit together with an acknowledgment of your order which will receive a reference number. 
 
If you have any queries you are invited to telephone or email us. Please quote your reference number on all communications to us. 
 
 

Stage three 

We make all standard applications to burial authorities on your behalf and administer the whole process, at no additional charge. 
 
Before producing the memorial we need to ensure the burial authority will give permission for its placement. We will therefore send you an "application-form" which we will need you to sign and return to us. 
 
 

Stage four 

As soon as permission is received production is started. When the monument is ready for lettering we will send you a layout-proof combining both memorial and inscription. You will need to check spellings and dates on the layout very carefully. 
 
Providing everything is fine sign the layout and send it back to us. If you have any queries you are invited to telephone or email us. 
 
 

Stage five 

Once the memorial is ready to install, a further payment of 40% will be requested. 
 
When your payment is received we will send out a "marking card" to place at the head of the grave. This identifies the actual location for the memorial to our fixers. We would expect notification if you are unable to mark the grave. 
 
Weather permitting we will fix the memorial 10-14 working days after the "marking card" was sent out. We do not fix in poor weather/ground conditions. 
 
 

Stage six 

Within 3 working days of installing the memorial , we will send out our completion invoice for the final 10% balance together with a photograph of the completed monument, in place. 
 
Start to finish is usually 10-14 weeks.
